Bonnie Kay and the Bonafides have performed around the country at 17 music festivals in the last 4 years performing at Blues at Bridgetown in Western Australia and the Agnes Water Blues Roots and Rock festival in North Queensland and the Echuca Winter Blues Festival in Victoria as well as multiple local performances at the Kiama jazz and blues festival and the Sydney Blues and Roots Festival in Windsor and many more ..
With a debut album that landed in the top ten of the Australian Blues & Roots Charts and 7 months in the top 20 Bonnie Kay and the Bonafides have performed up and down the East Coast averaging over 50 gigs a year and supporting overseas artists like Multi award winning guitarist Bex Marshall ( UK ) and the playing for change artists Robin Moxey and Claire Finley ( USA ) .
With influences of Blues , Jazz and Soul / Rockabilly and Alt Country Bonnie Kay and the Bonafides are working on releasing there next studio album in the coming months .
